Replay Fashion Box · Milan / 2014

Replay — Milano Temporary

Spatial concept, layout, 3D development and visualisation.

Concept-to-build development + SketchUp visualisation

A temporary Replay store developed around the idea of the space as a stage or backstage environment. Existing furniture was reused within a new spatial system of exposed structures, theatrical lighting and temporary elements, turning the short-term nature of the store into the central design idea.

Clarks Cloudsteppers Retail Concept

Spatial Design and Concept Development Lead

Concept development + scale-accurate 3D

As Spatial Design and Concept Development Lead, I developed and tested an adaptable footwear retail environment for Clarks.

Scale-accurate 3D visualisations tested zoning, product density, sightlines, customer flow and repeatable application, helping design and delivery stakeholders review the system before rollout.

Replay Fashion Box / 2016

Replay Antwerp Flagship

Lead Spatial Designer; external consultant to Replay Fashion Box.

Spatial character + fixture-system integration

As Lead Spatial Designer and external consultant to Replay Fashion Box, I contributed the spatial design and fixture-system integration within the wider client and delivery team.

The response used a modular steel-and-wood fixture language to organise circulation, strengthen product presentation and create continuity through a complex, multi-level existing shell.

Experience includes more than 200 stores for a major international sports retailer across the UK, Europe, the US and Southeast Asia; more than 30 stores with Clarks across multiple regions; and approximately 80 Replay Fashion Box stores, including 12 flagships, across Europe and Asia.

I am used to managing several live projects at once, applying standards without losing site-specific judgement, coordinating external teams and keeping information moving under short deadlines.
